Let me tell you a little bit about myself! I fell in love with assisting people with their hospitality/travel needs when I started working in the hospitality industry in 1987. Up until 2007, I was employed at various hotels, Mileage Plus (United Airlines frequent flyer program), and AAA Mountainwest. Even though I have been out of the hospitality/travel industry for quite some time, my passion for assisting people never changed.
