Over the years, I’ve worn many hats in the travel and hospitality industry—front desk, housekeeping, car rentals, and later with United Airlines’ MileagePlus and AAA—each role sharpening my skills in service, logistics, and the fine art of crafting seamless travel experiences. The travel and hospitality world also taught me invaluable lessons in problem-solving, customer service, and attention to detail, all of which continue to shape how I care for my clients today.

After 16 years in fiscal analysis and managing conference registrations at Montana State University, I realized my heart still belonged to travel. Numbers and budgets taught me precision and organization, while event coordination strengthened my ability to handle complex logistics with ease. But the travel industry taught me empathy, creativity, and connection. Returning to travel felt like coming home—only this time, with a renewed purpose: to help others explore the world with confidence, curiosity, and care. Every itinerary I create reflects the same balance of detail and wonder.

I’m currently working on my Certified Travel Associate (CTA) professional certification through The Travel Institute and have completed advanced training with trusted partners including Collette Tours, AmaWaterways, Audley Travel, Silversea Cruises, and G Adventures (National Geographic & Jane Goodall Collections). I continue to expand my expertise through ongoing courses in sustainable travel, group travel management, and destination specialization.
